A new date has been announced for the forthcoming 14th edition of the Nigeria International Maritime Ports And Terminals Conference And Expo, NIMPORT 2021.
The much-awaited international event will now hold from 3rd to 5th October,2021 at the same venue, that it, NIGAV Center, Murtala International Airport, Lagos, Event for each day commences at 10 a.m. daily.
However, on the first day of the three-day event, which will be on Sunday, the 3rd, the organizers plans to take participants on pleasure trip called, NIBOAT Island Boat Waterfront Tour, it takes off at 12 noon.
The NIMPORT event over the years has become a leading forum for information sharing and review of policies, programmes and projects for operatives both in government and the private sector. The annual event creates an all inclusive platform that covers activities in ports, terminals, freight stations, logistics, free zones, warehousing and so on and so forth.
The NIMPORT 2021 will host all Africa marine ports, terminals and logistics organizations as well as offer a multi sector conference and industry exhibition.
Organizers assured the 14th edition of NIMPORT will be a matchless capacity building platform to promote and boost learning in trade facilitation and logistics.
Professionals and other key stakeholders in the African maritime industry will be speaking on relevant topics covering different areas in the profession.
Senator Gbemi Saraki, Honourable Minister of State Federal Ministry of Transportation, will also be speaking as the chairperson of the conference.
