Ekiti State Peoples Democratic Party Chairman, Otunba Bisi Kolawole has commiserated with former governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Ayodele Fayose on the demise of his elder sister, Mrs. Mojisola Fayose Ladeji.
Mrs. Ladeji died in London on Monday after a brief illness. She was aged 61.
In a statement personally signed by the PDP Chairman and made available to newsmen by his Special Adviser on Media, Bola Agboola on Wednesday, Kolawole described Mrs. Ladeyi’s death as “Earth’s loss but heaven’s gain”.
“On behalf of all members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Ekiti, please accept my sincere and heartfelt condolences at this most difficult time. Though we mourn, there is no doubt that our loss here is heaven’s gain. We are also consoled by the godly and exemplary lifestyle of Mrs. Ladeji during her lifetime.
“As much as we are devastated by this loss, we are not unmindful of the fact we cannot query God. At this trying period, Your Excellency, I urge you to remain very strong for your siblings, the Ladeji and the entire Fayose families.
“As our thoughts and prayers remain with you and the families at this time, may God bless and comfort you, the statement read.
